How Quick Requests Work on MLAMH
Understand the MLAMH Quick Request flow from publishing a talent need and showing interest to chat, preliminary selection and final confirmation.
Quick Requests are designed for publishers who need talent through a lighter and faster flow than a full casting project, while keeping communication and decisions structured inside MLAMH.
1. The publisher posts the talent need
The publisher adds the essential request information and key requirements. Once the request is visible, suitable talent can show interest.
2. Showing interest is not final acceptance
When talent selects I'm Interested, MLAMH records interest in the request. This opens the path to communication but does not mean the talent has been finally selected.
3. Both sides can discuss details in chat
Quick Requests can make the conversation available early so the publisher can ask for portfolio samples, an introduction video, measurements, availability or other relevant details.
4. The first selection is preliminary
If the publisher believes the talent is a good fit, they can make a preliminary selection. The decision is not final until the confirmation steps inside the conversation are completed.
5. Final confirmation involves both sides
After the publisher confirms the final selection, the talent receives a clear option to confirm or decline. The workflow is not complete until the mutual confirmation step is finished.
6. Contact details are not exposed automatically
Private mobile numbers or contact details are not automatically revealed just because a conversation exists. After mutual confirmation, each side can explicitly choose to share their own contact details.
This flow separates interest, preliminary selection and final confirmation so expectations stay clear for both sides.
